This month we have a special guest speaker, Mistress Simone, who will be presenting Smothering, Trampling & Face-sitting.
Come get hot-n-heavy with some female top-male bottom BDSM rough body play geared towards the worship/power aspect of the female dominant dynamic. Safety and technique will be first, and then ideas and practice time. No experience necessary; you’ll have some by the time you leave.

Introduction to Cigars: Cigars for the Cigar-Curious, Take 3

I did this class back in April, and it was a success – so while we still have Blue Havana one more time, I thought I’d re-run the class.

Are you interested in cigars but are intimidated by the idea of going to a cigar event? Cigar-curious? Just worried you’ll smoke it wrong, will feel awkward, will light the wrong end, that you might get sick smoking a cigar? Do you think cigars might be for you but you’re just not sure? Is a little experience all that’s keeping you from trying out a cigar social?

If you said yes to any of those things, then this class is here just for you.

This class will cover the basics of cigar handling – how to cut and light a cigar, how to feel at ease holding it, and how you take care of a lit cigar. We’ll talk about how to smoke it (and how not to), and what to look for and enjoy from your cigar. This will be hands-on, and the cost will cover a cigar for you to try out in class.

This class will be very low-pressure and informal, open to anyone 18+, and is a great opportunity for anyone who’s interested to give cigars a try. No experience or followthrough necessary. It will run for an hour prior to the Cigar Chicago smoker on April 6th, in a private room at Blue Havana.

Cigar Chicago June Cigar Chicago says farewell to Blue Havana

Our next smoker is Sunday, June 15, 2014, 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm at Blue Havana.

This is a very special Cigar Chicago smoker, as we say farewell to the welcoming nest that was Cigar Chicago’s first home.

When I started this smoker nearly two years ago, Blue Havana (and our friend and wonderful connection there, Todd/[Smokinchgo][https://fetlife.com/users/1662206]) welcomed us and gave us a place to grow a new, relaxed kinky social event. They’ve been wonderful to us, but sadly, Blue Havana is being forced to close down that location this summer (the humidor will be rebuilt next door inside The Alley, but we can’t smoke there). Cigar Chicago is going to have to find a new home.

That search is underway, and just like in June of 2012, I’m going to be spending some of my early summer trekking around Chicago checking out spots for a new home for us. Cigar Chicago will go on – but sadly, not with Blue Havana. Keep an eye here through the summer; we may try out different places for a while until we find the right one.

But first, let’s celebrate our first home. Come join us in June for a smoker, a cigar, some good times, and help us bid farewell to Blue Havana.

*(Also, if you’re looking to stock up on cigars or accessories, I would imagine everything not nailed down will be on sale, so it’ll be a good time to do that. FWIW.)*
